Two pieces that are well representative of Coimbra production from the pre-‘Brioso’ period. The motifs are of particular interest: the plate evokes the single figure ‘azulejo’ design; the jug presents the blue and wine-coloured latticework that appears on the majority of the vessels produced by this factory.
